Bonding Mortar

Features

-High cohesive and adhesive force, resistance to freeze and thaw, anti-aging, ensure the bond between insulation and wall/equipment is strong and permanent;

Technical Report

(The following tests were commissioned by Sichuan Provincial Academy of Building Research)

Instructions

1. Bonding mortar: water = 4: 1 (by weight), stir into a paste, stand for 5 minutes and then stirred for 2 minutes to use;

2. Use on external wall insulation board, plastering evenly on base or the back of the board by tooth scraper. It can also scrap through point stick method (the area of mucilage should not less than 30%), the thickness is about 2-3mm, and fully press on the base surface.

3. The mixed slurry should be used up within 4 hours.

4. Theoretical consumption: 5kg/m2
